From your question, I think you have already got it working except for the three digits part.So, if you have the days in ‘value’ then just use - return value < 10 ? ("00" + value) : value < 100 ? ("0" + value) : value;

Acho que o Prof. Dickran Berberian está correto em parte, mas afirmar que o DNIT é um câncer nacional é demais! Seria o mesmo que acabar com a Unb porque ela virou uma marionete na mão de um maluco alienado, eleito por outros malucos mais alienados ainda. O que nos falta é gestão isenta e compromisso.
