Pink Stilettos – you just made me laugh out loud! I can totally see how the feathers on these shoes would make you think about house cleaning, especially when you see these as stand alone pieces. I think when used in the proper context, such as an editorial, the Alaia shoes would look differently.
To each their own. It's not like the film is littered with political propaganda. It's just an opinion. It's the viewers choice to interpret it in and take offense. It doesn't bother me. Modine's character is the weakest aspect of the film but he really isn't the crux of the story so again it doesn't bother me.The shot you pointed out though is pretty awesome. Complete darkness except for Gordon illuminated. Speaks to the way his character isn't all bright. He has his gray areas.
Good points. I definitely agree with track record. The challenge there is because SM marketing is so new, there are lots of small businesses that don't know what to look for in a seasoned SM marketer. They can be “fooled” quite easily by someone who has just built a large following.
